How can we assess, overall, the relative 'richness' or generosity of our programs? Picking up this particular challenge, Alan introduces the concept of the 'Policy Benchmarking Index' incorporated within ImpaQt. Delegates will be asked to discuss the merits of the Index and the Alignment Module and to consider how these concepts might be further refined.
