TraQer is an intranet solution which captures key management information about the global mobility program through the management of the assignment lifecycle from initiation through conclusion.

In addition to its powerful program reporting capabilities, TraQer is able to orchestrate the deployment of the Expatriate Program Metrics (EPM) tool, and gather key data and metrics from the rest of ImpaQt in order to generate a Global Mobility Dashboard.

TraQer is not an assignment management solution. It is designed to trigger the detailed assignment management workflow undertaken within other systems. It ensures that all the data required to optimize a mobility program is readily available to the HR leadership team.
